Dr. Teri Yoshimura is a native of Seattle where she attended the University of Washington. She then went on to the Southern California College of Optometry and received her BS in Visual Science graduating with honors. In 1996, Dr. Yoshimura earned her Doctorate of Optometry Degree with an emphasis in ocular disease and specialty contact lens fitting. After completing her education, she returned to the Seattle area where she joined her brother Dr. Leslie Lung and together they opened Issaquah Eyeworks.
Dr. Yoshimura is a member of the American Optometric Association, Washington Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. She was the recipient of the Excellence in Contact Lens Award and Past President of the Omega Delta Optometric Fraternity.
In her spare time, Dr. Yoshimura enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. When she is not working, she is driving soccer, basketball, and swimming carpools. Most recently Dr. Yoshimura has traveled to Southeast Asia participating in medical missions with her church providing eye care and glasses to underprivileged people. She hopes to make this trip a regular occurrence and eventually serve the region with her entire family.

Dr. Lung is one of the first optometrists in Washington to be certified to prescribe Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents for the treatment of eye diseases. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and Washington Association of Optometric Physicians.
He enjoys playing basketball, tennis, golf, and pinball. He is active at his church where he serves as a Deacon and teaches a High School Sunday School class. He and his wife Linda have two daughters.

Dr. Brittany strives to provide comprehensive primary eye care for all ages and backgrounds, with compassion and careful regard for the changes that the visual system undergoes throughout life. After practicing in a variety of settings—hospital, retail, and private offices – Dr. Brittany Ng arrived at Issaquah Eyeworks. Her special interests are in multifocal contact lenses, digital eyestrain, dry eye therapy, and myopia management.
Outside of work, Dr. Brittany is usually spending quality time with her husband and infant son. She may also be found trying new restaurants and cafes, cooking a new recipe, or exploring the great outdoors with a camera or sketchbook in hand.

Dr. My-Lynn Dang was born and raised in Texas where she completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry from University of Houston College of Optometry. During her clinical externships, Dr. Dang received extensive clinical training in myopia management, specialty contact lens and ocular disease management. She graduated with honors from Beta Sigma Kappa, an international optometric society.
Following her graduation, she completed a residency in primary care at Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas where she gained extensive experience in fitting specialty contact lens, low vision rehabilitation and diagnosing and treating complex ocular disease.
Outside of the office, Dr. Dang enjoys staying active and eating delicious food. You can find her training for a future marathon, skiing or looking for her new favorite restaurant.

Dr. Amy Chen is a kind and skilled optometrist. She completed her residency in Primary Care/Geriatrics with a focus on Ocular Disease at VA Puget Sound, American Lake. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry in 2024 where she served as co-president of her class and of the myopia control club. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut, with minors in Chemistry, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and Molecular and Cell Biology. With a strong passion for eye care and patient education, Dr. Chen is dedicated to improving her patients' vision and overall quality of life. Having worn glasses and contact lenses from a young age, she personally experienced the profound impact an optometrist can have on someone’s life, which inspired her to pursue a career in optometry. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Chen enjoys exploring new art projects, reading, playing pickleball, and hiking in the scenic Pacific Northwest!
